WE PERSONALLY HAND DELIVER AND PROFESSIONALLY INSTALL EVERY POOL TABLE WE BUILD!
We are happy you have considered us the best choice to build your rustic inspired pool table! Custom billiard tables may range between 3 weeks and 3 months from date of order to delivery. We hope you agree its a short time to wait for a table that will be enjoyed for generations to come. An exception to this timeframe would be the occasional display or Spec billiard table that could be hand delivered within 10 to 20 days or so. We have set up a “Work In Progress” section within our website so that our clients can see regular updates or can view specific images that may pertain to their custom pool table. We are so thrilled at the opportunity to work with people like you that we will do everything we can to make this fun process as easy as possible.
We personally hand-deliver and setup each and every pool table we build to maintain the highest level of accountability and customer satisfaction.
Installation of your custom pool table usually costs $600, and takes about 6 hours to complete.
Delivery fee can vary depending of course on location, but often times part of the fee is split between other clients on the same route. We are still less than a Freight Trucking Company and will do everything we can to be efficient for your sake, while still providing professional service to our customers.

Some large or heavy items cost more to ship; additional freight charges will be noted in parentheses following the item’s price on the product detail page. These items are delivered via common carrier as a curbside delivery service and will be the responsibility of the customer to bring into the residence. Carrier will make contact to confirm date and time prior to delivery attempt. If lift gate service is needed, this fee is billable to the client after we receive the final shipping bill from the LTL Freight company.
We can also offer a ‘white glove’ in home delivery service including placement and set-up as well as crating and packing material removal. The additional fees for this option are quoted on an individual basis and can be obtained from customer service at info@aspenrustic.com.
