Juniper trees grow in arid mountain environments within Colorado and Utah and often are 600 to 1200 years old when they die due to the elements taking their toll. The wood is a beautiful mix of light and dark reds and browns with a cream colored sap wood. It makes a beautiful top rail material too. You have to expect that each table is going to be very unique with its deep curves and twists.
