Refunds / Exchanges

Aspen Rustic is proud to carry products of the highest quality and integrity. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of an item, send it back within 15 days and we will replace it or refund the purchase price, less any applicable restocking fee. Re-stocking fees apply to only a few non-stocked or custom items that we offer.

Instructions for returning or exchanging an item

  1. Acquire a return authorization number. E-mail us at info@aspenrustic.com and we will respond with the RA#. Alternatively, you can call us toll free at (800) 883-1870 . No exchanges or returns will be accepted without an RA#.
  2. Returns must be shipped back in their original packaging and must include a copy of the original packing slip and purchase receipt.
  3. Please note the RA# on the outside of the box being returned.

Return shipping costs on undamaged items for return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Packages must be returned pre-paid as we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Damage

We package each shipment with great care and take every effort to ensure that your product arrives safely and promptly.

If however, you receive a damaged shipment:

  1. Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note any visible damage on the packing slip or order confirmation.
  2. It is very important that you do not discard any of the packing materials.
  3. Contact customer service within 5 days of receipt. to begin the claims process and receive an return authorization number (RA#).
  4. Return package to Aspen Rustic in the original packing for prompt exchange/replacement including any applicable shipping fees.

OUR MAIN GOAL IS TO HAVE A LASTING RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR CUSTOMERS BUILT ON TRUST AND SATISFACTION. WE WILL GLADLY ASSIST YOU IN REPLACING YOUR RETURNED ITEM OR SELECTING AN ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTE.
